Louisiana - Stewardship Contracting Projects

- Winn Biomass, Kisatchie National Forest
The goals of the Winn Biomass project are to: improve Red Cockaded Woodpecker habitat, reduce fuel in the wildland urban interface, and thin pine plantations to reduce southern pine beetle. This project will treat approximately 1,680 acres.
